About Daly Legal
With a legal career starting in 1997, our principal solicitor Carol Daly provides a wide range of legal services for clients across Macksville, Nambucca Heads, and Urunga.
After relocating to the Nambucca Valley in 2002, Carol raised three children while remaining active in local community sporting organisations. Admitted as a solicitor in 2017, Carol works across several practice areas, including wills and estate management, family law, conveyancing, and commercial law.
Dedicated to clear communication, Carol provides practical legal advice free of jargon, ensuring clients understand their rights and obligations. Legal services are also offered via home visits or video consultations. Carol established Daly Legal in 2022, working initially from home before opening the office doors in 2023.

Hannah
Estate planning and administration paralegal
Hannah completed her schooling in the Nambucca Valley in 2021.
After finishing school, Hannah commenced her law degree at the University of Canberra and is working toward completing her degree, while raising her 2-year-old daughter.
Hannah joined the Daly Legal team in early 2023 and work predominantly in estate planning and administration. She also assists Carol with Family Law and Litigation matters.
Aaliyah
Conveyancing paralegal
Aaliyah completed her schooling in the Nambucca Valley in 2023 and joined the Daly legal team that year.
Since then, Aaliyah has been working predominantly as a conveyancing paralegal, while also working as a School Development Officer with Netball NSW.
Aaliyah is able to assist with all of your conveyancing and general law enquiries.
Aziah
Administrative assistant
Aziah has lived in the Nambucca Valley her whole life creating strong ties within the community.
She joined the Daly Legal team in 2024.
Since joining our team, Aaliyah has taken on the role of administrative assistant and is available for all your general enquiries.
Kerrie
Administrative assistant

Kerrie joined Daly Legal in 2022 as our first employee.
Kerrie has lived in the Nambucca Valley for over 20 years while raising her children.
Kerrie works casually as an administrative assistant whilst spending time with her children and grandchildren.
